Referee Requests
Requests for a referee (for pre-season games, friendlies, etc) must be made directly via the SWVFA Referees Coordinator. Please note:
- Appointments will not be made via any other method
- Should the request be made less than 10 days prior to the fixture, please forward the automated response to secretary@swvf.org.au , so that SWVFA Referees Coordinator is aware of the fixture as early as possible.
- Referees have been informed that they are not to accept any games other than those appointed by SWVFA Referees Coordinator .
- Referees are not to be approached individually regarding officiating in any fixtures
Post Match Reporting & Referee Feedback
To report red cards, misconduct incidents, and/or provide feedback on appointed Referees please click on the link below to access the on-line form. Once completed and submitted this will be forwarded to the SWVFA Referee Coordinator for their records, information, and where necessary, consideration for future development/improvements.
